Tenebris: from the Latin of darkness. Oatmeal Stout refined in American oak barrels with Brettanomyces yeasts over a period of 6 months. Dark and funky.

BREWER'S NOTE

The Tenebris is the second official beer released from our Chai with wild yeasts. We wanted to present the very different effect brought by the Brettanomyces on black beers. The result is rather fruity aromas even if the traditional "funk" is not very far. The refining in Bourbon barrels of second use adds a certain complexity to this surprising beer.
