BREWER'S NOTE

We like to take up the challenge of fruit beers using extraordinary quantities. This has been done with blueberries for St-Gervais-de-Pu'Er but we have also added Pu'Er tea to complement the earthy side of the blue fruit. There is a fruity nose but a rather astringent mouth.
