In line with "pastry" beers, Scotchino was created to be both beer, dessert and digestive coffee. After several tries to balance the different ingredients, we arrive at this surprisingly balanced result. If, at the first sip, you perceive the coffee, it's a good sign! We have integrated a very large quantity of excellent roasted coffee by our Nektar friends in Quebec City. This cold brew combines perfectly with the woody flavors of this Scotch Ale matured whiskey barrel. Be careful, this beer can dangerously lengthen your evening!
