Created in the image of the saisons beer brewed a long time ago in Belgium, the Rustik Motel is a progressive beer that will change over time. The lactic acid bacteria added in primary fermentation bring a slightly lemony nose and an equally subtle acidity. The strain of Brettanomyces Claussenii used is barely expressed when the beer is young but will take up more space as the beer ages. Finally, we flavored the Rustik Motel before bottling with Saaz hops to try to replicate these traditional beers very refreshing. It is important to refrigerate the bottle at least 24 hours before opening.
