The Pitayana is the culmination of our quest for ultimate refreshment. It is a sunny beer with its tropical flavors and mild acidity. Liquid fusion of an avalanche of pineapple and red dragon fruit, fermented with wild yeasts, lactic acid bacteria and aromatic hops. Be warned, this neon purple colored brewery can light up late into the night!

BREWER'S NOTE

Here is a beer that was born in a Cask evening where we tested the strong pigmentation of the Pitaya (dragon fruit) with red flesh. Several adjustments will have been necessary to obtain this summer beverage expected by many at the arrival of the hot season: unreasonable amount of fruit (pitayas and pineapple), "sour" brew and a generous raw hopping with Madarina Bavaria hops. It's also the first beer we'll have in a can.
