Pignon sur rue celebrates the opening of the new location of Brasserie Général on 18th Street in Quebec City. This recipe was one of the first of Maxime, brewer on the spot. The design of the can is reminiscent of the link between the factory located in Charlesbourg and the bistro-brasserie Limoilou. We use our homemade yeast and bacteria blend by adding a significant amount of galaxy hops. The lemony aromas naturally obtained by the fermentation are increased tenfold by this variety of hops from Australia. The quintessence of refreshment!
