Hanami

White with morello cherries

6-8 °C

Hanami, which literally means "looking at flowers", is a Japanese custom that marks the arrival of spring. With family or friends, it is celebrated by marveling at the spring bloom, especially that of cherry trees.   We invite you to the celebration by offering a rosé beer with fresh aromas of cherries and peaches. In the mouth, its fruity side is balanced by a slight acidity. The result is a thirst-quenching beer of excellent company

BREWER'S NOTE

Hanami is one of our first recipes and always our best selling beer. Its pink color is already attracting attention but I think it's the balance between its fruity side and the acidity brought by morello cherries that makes it a very pleasant beer. This pink label remains, for many, the beer that will have made them discover Brasserie Générale.
