BREWER'S NOTE

Our passion for ciders led us to work on blends featuring them alongside proven beer recipes. It is sometimes realized that nature has many tools to produce quality alcoholic beverages. As proof, we let the natural yeasts, already present in the must of freshly squeezed apples, ferment the beer that makes up this FunkyPom. The whole is then refined for 6 months in barrels of neutral wine to allow the balance of flavors offered in this bottle.
