White lemon zest & chamomile

This adaptation of a classic white is the result of a mixture of barley, wheat, Belgian yeast and is embellished with lemon zest and chamomile. The Floréal has a floral, citrusy nose and its hue is veiled by its yeast. Its soft texture in the mouth is the perfect frame for its fruity and herbaceous flavors that give way to a lemony and peppery finish. Ideal served on a sunny terrace.

Here is an original adaptation of the Belgian witbier style. Although chamomile is sometimes used without this style, its marriage with lemon is not common. Halfway between tradition and originality, Floreal is definitely a refreshing beer.
