BREWER'S NOTE

The Déliquescence is a decadent beer from a collaboration with the 8e péché brewery. This is the most intense example of the pastry stout style we have produced to date. The quantities of ingredients added after fermentation are simply out of the ordinary. The goal was to create a chocolate and hazelnut spread to drink. The nose suggests what will happen: a big chocolate discharge tinged with roasted hazelnuts. Drink close to room temperature for maximum dessert feeling.
