The first beer brewed by Brasserie Générale, at its beginning, was a very refreshing blonde lager: the Trait Carré. Today, with the improvement of our techniques, we wanted to make available our interpretation of the Czech Pilsner style with this BCBG. The emphasis has been on Quebec ingredients to come up with a 100% local beer. Quite refreshing too, it brings out the cereal and leaves a slightly bitter finish.
